Service Description
This venue makes the perfect backdrop for your photos. Step back in time at this home built in the 1800's. Brian & Stephanie Watson have owned this home and have worked hard to keep it historical and magical! The gardens and patio are great for outdoor photos, and the inside of the home has 6 bedrooms all decorated differently, 8 fireplaces, and a beautiful living room and kitchen. The bathrooms are also very unique and would make great photo opportunities. Bridal portraits, maternity shoots, family photos, engagement photos, and so much more!
Cancellation Policy
Decorating: If decor is being brought in for the shoot, it must be pre-approved by a Carolina Home and Garden "CHG" representative. Photographer is responsible for removing all decorations brought into property, and cleaning all areas used. This includes if you move furniture around. Please put it back before you leave. Food and Drink: Outside food and drink is prohibited. All food or drink must be purchased from "CHG". If any outside drinks are brought in, you and your clients could be asked to leave. Pets: Pets are allowed, but must be approved by a "CHG" representative prior to the shoot. Photographer, and their client, are responsible for keeping track of the animal and cleaning up if there are any accidents. Scheduling: Your time will begin and end at the time you have scheduled. This scheduled time frame does not give you private access to the space, as we will be open to the public during your scheduled time. If there is an event taking place, the photographer and their client must not interfere with the event. If the photographer has scheduled a session on a wedding day, the session must conclude before the wedding begins. If there is a conflict, we will notify you to reschedule. Photo Sharing: We would love to feature your photos on our social media and website. If you email at least 5 photos from your shoot to our coordinator Charly Pope, at chgparties@gmail.com, we can offer you a discount at our cafe or garden center of 20%. Liability: Photographer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Carolina Home and Garden, its landlord, building owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the use of the premises, including but not limited to, the personal guarantee of provision, service, and dispensing of payment by renter, its employees, and agents of alcoholic beverages at the venue. City, County, State and Federal Laws: Renter agrees to comply with all applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. This is a drug free facility at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS. Renter may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Renter agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. Carolina Home and Garden reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
