Meet two of our amazing plants girls!

We are so blessed at Carolina Home and Garden to have a wonderful work family! Today we’d like to introduce you to two of our Garden Center girls who also do some of our plant classes and our popular Plant Bingo ~ Avery and Kaylee. Avery has an associates degree in horticulture and is certified in landscape design, management and installation as well as plant problem diagnosis and pest management. She specializes in rare exotic tropical plants and also grows and produces a lot on her own. She has a passion for teaching about the world around us and how plants interact with our world. Because she is also a fine arts major, she enjoys making her classes educational and crafty! Kaylee is a self taught house plant enthusiast. She is very knowledgeable in house plants and their care. Kaylee has a passion for teaching. They have some amazing classes coming up including baby doll head planters, succulent coffins, and a carnivorous plant class as well as their monthly plant bingo every second Tuesday. And look for them at the fall festival where they will be teaching classes on painting white pumpkins like Spanish pottery style and possibly a few other surprises!! We are excited to see what these girls will think of next!!!
