About the event
We have a special wine tasting PLUS dinner pairing this month! Advanced Sommelier and Wine Educator Claudia Chamberlain will be joining us from Jackson Family Wines to talk about a very nice selection of wines that will pair perfectly with the menu that Prestige Catering has put together for this evening. Below are the featured wines and each dish they will be paired with, followed by a brief bio about Claudia.
Dinner and Wine Pairings:
You'll start the evening with charcuterie and a refreshing glass of Benvolio Prosecco, a true expression of Italy.
Next is the first course, a spicy tuna roll paired with Matanzas Creek Chenin Blanc (California).
The next dish is a lump crab cake paired with Freemark Abbey Chardonnay (Napa Valley, CA).
The third course is a pappardelle with bolognese sauce, paired with Hartford Pinot Noir (Russian River, CA).
