Cooking Class with Tim Becker

Mr. Tim Becker is back at Carolina Home and Garden for another cooking class!

Last time you learned how to make pasta. In this class you'll learn how to make a couple more Italian staples: Sunday gravy aka traditional northern Italian tomato sauce, and then... spaghetti and meatballs!

This is a demonstrative class, so relax with a glass of wine while you learn about Italian cuisine, and then enjoy a delicious dinner!! 🍝🍷

Tim's suggested wine pairing for this dinner is Gundlach Bundschu Mountain Cuvee, an easy-drinking red blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot that isn't too sweet and is soft, lush, and smooth, created for everyday drinking. This will be available for purchase by the glass and by the bottle.

There will also be small selection of beer, water, and soda available for purchase at the event.
