Welcome to Eastern North Carolina's 5 acre gardens, greenhouse, and tropical sunroom event space. Carolina Home and Garden offers a tropical green indoor and outdoor venue space for your next gathering. 

 

Located only 10 minutes from the Crystal Coast beaches of Morehead City or Emerald Isle, and centrally located on Hwy 24, Carolina Home and Garden is conveniently accessible to all major towns in Carteret County. 

 

As a uniquely designed garden oasis, Carolina Home and Garden offers indoor and outdoor space for up to 300 guests.  A retail garden shop, and bar by day, transforms into a magical venue and gathering place at night. Their Tropical Sunroom event room is exquisite to say the least! Antique Chandeliers hang all throughout the room. French doors and windows surround the space, giving it your "greenhouse" feel. Vines trail from almost every window! Beautiful mature Birds of Paradise are planted in the ground inside the space. Did we mention the walls are white washed ship lap? Owners Brian & Stephanie milled trees knocked down during hurricane Florence to make the ship lap walls in the space. There are 4 bathrooms and a beautiful vanity to use at you and your guests convenience. We also have a beautiful bar in our event room! We designed this room to be like an empty canvas. With the walls being white washed, and the entire room being surrounded by beautiful green plants, we can take on any style!  You can keep it simple and boho, or dress it up however you'd like!   Although events can be held inside, we have lots of stunning botanical gardens and our flag stone patio, making a great spot for music and drinks, with our Butterfly Koi filled fountain pond, and patio seating. We have a beautiful grassy Ceremony site with trees and botanical gardens all around. Decor and antique lanterns are displayed all over our gardens too! Whatever your needs, Carolina Home and Garden offers an event venue from 25 guests to 250 guests.  Pricing for this event space is based on event type, event size, and event hosts’ needs. We have multiple Event Spaces. Our "Green Room", is a beautiful and tropical greenhouse that makes the perfect space for an event with 50 people or less. Our "Sun Room" is our larger Tropical Event Room that can hold over 200 people! And lastly, we have our Vintage beer & wine room. This is the perfect space for meetings, and smaller parties. This space can hold around 25 people.
