Herbal Class - "The party is over, time to detox."

Certified herbalist and health coach Annette Massey is back at The Gardens for another educational herbal class! This time she'll be teaching how to detox your body naturally after the crazy holiday season.

"Give your body a kick start in the new year by learning how to detox and get rid of inflammation that may be causing you to hold on to that unwanted weight or pain that keeps you from getting moving."

In this class you'll be making herbal tinctures, drinks, and other natural remedies. Each participant will receive a goody bag to take home with samples and recipes from the class, along with many tips.

Come early and grab a snack or drink from the bar before the class begins!
